Never use DHL again. It took them 4 days to delivered the package. The driver was never been in my home and declare to be here.

I was very impressed with their shipping services. I didn't know DHL was so much cheaper than UPS with same speed of delivery.

I called about my package being deliver the guy that answer phone was very rude he didn't let me speak all he said was you got it . Bye and hanged up and I kept calling back he wouldn't pick up phone

They have been playing this game . They say they tried to deliver it but no body was home, they didn't leave a note saying they came, finally after several days of calling and waiting for them, i 'm picking the package myself at their ny facility.

I received an email that my package would be delivered on Monday. I called and was told delivery was on hold. Asked if I could pick up package and I was told I could not because it has to be delivered.

DSL was supposed to deliver on Monday 1/26 and lied and said they did and no one was home to accept. Someone was home 100% and there is a 24 hour doorman. Not right, not dependable. Very disappointing.

Please provide a phone number that works. This one is not working.

I called interested in a quote for shipping. In the midst of a 5 minute conversation, I was cut off 3 times by a man who obviously must not have wanted my business. I asked him whether they shipped by weight or dimensions. He ignored my question, and had no idea my country codes. I had to look it up, and he seemed irritated at this. When asked again for the dimensions, he told me to call back when I had them in a very irritated tone. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Has my package at their facility and won't deliver because of my address. Have called them several times to give specific directions. It's been a month and still no package. They could at least return it as undeliverable to the company so that I could get my 200 dollars back.

Lost package then got delivered very late.

They lost my valuable package due to customs paperwork error. Their prices are very high too. Will use them for copy-fax etc, but not for shipping. Too risky for me.

Couriers neglected to deliver my package after I verified my address numerous times. I was told to pick up a package after I already paid for delivery fees.

Really holding on to packages for 5 days after receipt before handing to post office. No one answers the phone, you can't even leave a message. DHL used to be a good company, don't know who they have sold themselves to now but I will never use them or anyone that uses them.

I went into the moreno valley branch probably a few months back.they interviewed me and told me they would call if any openings, a few months pass by and still no call. Even though i had no call back alot of friends have been telling me to go to. DHL because they were hiring, so the staff at DHL had lied to me and lost my information, i also just tried to call the number from this site and it was the number for a smoke shop, very dissapointed.

Cheapest DHL rates in Chester County! The guy beat the rates I brought in by 20%.

Allen was extremely helpful, gave great information and advice about an overseas shipment I was making. Also, he handled all the packaging and filled out all the paperwork for me. Called the DHL driver who had already made his daily pickup and asked him to return. I'm very grateful to Allen for all his help and highly recommend him for all your shipping needs.

I was home all day and they said they delivered by package but I was not home. Ridiculous

I shipped important documents and medicines to Philippines, they did not do proper international paperworks and my package got lost. Will never take chance here again.

This store claims to have delivered my item at the exact that I stood on my driveway which makes me wonder on the kind of materials they use to make themselves invisible. Anyway so the next day I call at around 9am to try and make sure I have someone there when they arrive and I made my daughter wait for them for 4hrs because that's the window they gave me and they never showed. Did I mention I called them a bunch of times, the first and second they answered and disregarded me then started screening my calls. How do I know that,because every time I called with a different number they picked. I'm very dissappointed and a week later I still don't have my what was once an important time conscious document.

All I wantrd to do was call a local DHL office to check on an email I got saying I received ackage on 7/01 tbat Dhl coulnt deliver This most likely is more fraudulent emails trying to get you to open it up so someone could steal all your info. Like similar ones I got about Fedex deliveries. Yet I was totally unable to contact anyone, because DHL has moved all their customer service to SELFSERVICE on the internet.

DHL=Don't Have it Lost Highly not recommended - No Phone This was my first and MY LAST time using DHL. The price may be cheaper but they make up for it with very poor service.

I shipped an engagement ring to my fiance' in Lima Peru and Parcels Express got it delivered in time (before Valentine's Day) to my girlfriend. It was stuck in customs due to the fact that it was a diamond ring, and the owner of Parcels Express personally took charge to make sure the package cleared customs and arrived in time for the big day! She even gave me a great price on shipping the package! I will be a customer forever due to their help.

I found out that this DHL location is the cheapest for international shipping. Better than Fedex or UPS. Knowledgeable staff. I recommend this place to anyone.

No knowledge of international shipping. I shipped my valuable item to South America which came back 10 days later. DHL said there were not sufficient documents to go with the package. Very high price too.

Best DHL service in Las Vegas

I had a perfect attendant at the office when sending my package to Nebraska, i even setup a mail box service to help secure delivery of all my mails & packages when out of town. I recommend there services 100%
