Lots of roaches and I called them and they said it was because of light and couldn't do nothing about it

The room wasn't bad other than a little funny smell. Clothes were left in bathroom also. Customer service was ok as well.

It was dirty, plug ins didn't work, fridge didn't work, blood on sheets, walls were thin and we heard every word the neighbors said, screaming kids, rude manager, and we left my sons new shoes and they kept them. Do not stay here!!! PS we paid more to stay here then the hotel near Disneyland.

Hotel is ok for the price. It was clean and close to expressway. Staff is rather ghetto. You can never get on the computer due to the staff mainly on the computer. Even if they see a guest waiting they remain on it, on social media networks. I was trying to book a flight and became very frustrated.

No bites, but found bed bugs and eggs under bed. Room was filthy with urine on toilet, with hair and dirt in bath tub and floor hadn't been cleaned. Sheets looked liked they hadn't been changed from previous guests. We stripped bed and found large blood stains on mattress pad and semen on sheets. We had to bag everything for trip home and found dead bed bugs in suitcases. We complained to hotel and Days Inn corporate and they wouldn't move us to a different hotel. Other guests found bed bugs also. We had 2 separate rooms.

I hate this place. Manager refused to cancel my reservation, despite my calling well in advance to cancel. My credit card was billed without my authorization for a room I never stayed in.
