Review for: Country Style in Richmond Hill, ON

A little comment

Staff is nice and food is good. Nevertheless the French Cap is always too sweet. I've been a customer for this locatioin for years.

Service

without going into a long statement, all I'm going to say is that the service at the Brockville location is unacceptable. One employee working there has absolutely no clue what he is doing. Since he's been there the service stinks! I will be taking my business elsewhere if nothing is done to improve the service!

Review for: Country Style in Kingston, ON

New location

Last spring, the Country Style Restaurant on Bath Road at Canatara in Kingtston closed down. Will there a new one be opening in the nearby apartment building in the near future? It was a shame to see the old one demolished.

review of cleanliness and of speciality donuts

This location is great well kept and they also make the specialty donuts not many other locations make so I give them a four out of five star review

Review for: Country Style in Kemptville, ON

Drive through SUCKS

In a drive through, it shouldn't take 7 minutes to get a coffee, but that's what you can expect here. Most of the time it takes anywhere from 5 to 8 minutes, even if you are the second car in the line. I don't even bother with the drive through if there is more than one car in line. Even still, if the person in front of you orders a sandwich, add 10 minutes to your wait. It would be great if they would push those people through and take the order out to them when it's done.

Feeling let down

Using a discount coupon at this location often leaves me feeling that I've been overcharged. Some staff are confused and when you ask for clarification they just shrug their sholders. Discount coupons should be generating good will for the business, if not then what's the point?
