No bank! Empty space for rent!

Friendly polite tellers,fast service.My only complaint is they open at 10 am.

I have banked there for 20 years. I have no problem with this bank. It's not flashy: no hovering suits, no bullet-proof acrylic, and the manager knows me by name.

They work hard to please and help customers I recommend doing business with them

Never go to this bank unless you are hispanic, everyone that speaks spanish is seen as "part" of them and gets good service; every other person is not part of the and is frustrated. Worst bank ever visited.

It is so hard to get in touch with your branch! Your phone number is not even listed, how frustrating. And the 800 number for Citibank is of no help either.

The employees are polite when you come in, but when it comes down to actually helping you they are rude and inconsiderate!

The manager and employees at this site are wonderful and always extremely helpful. They went out of their way to help me with a stressful situation and were very professional.

I used to take a cash from my cash cheks there before but today after when cashier took my cheks and its took to her tell me after 10 min. they have a new rools now they need my SSN because I dont have on acount with them. What???I dont like the banks when they make a rools after taking a cheks its not nice at all and will be not recomend this bank to any of my cliens and friends!

Can't ever talk to a real person. You closed the Hemet branch with no notification or new address. Great job Citi Bank.
