Worst pizza place!! Dirty restrooms, unfriendly staff, new manager doesnt care about customers, "new" plate system is ridiculous. Since when do you have to pay for a 1 yr old?? Really?

It is very sad that the college pkwy store closed. It was a big part of our neighborhood. It is very sad. . .and unfortunate. You should have tried harder to stay open.
It's not a good sign that you closed 3 stores. I don't see a future for this franchise. Sounds like it isn't well managed. It's a shame.
This place is so fantastic now that it's been remodeled & under new management.. The Pizza, pasta, salad, & desert was delicious & fresh- Staff was amazing & helpful.. The entire place was clean & smelled good!! We're coming back!!
Reserved the banquet room here . We had a large group. Someone should buy this place a vacuum cleaner! Place had just opened and the floors llooked like they hadn't been cleaned iin a while.
Wow..where to start about this restaurant,they have the best selction never seen so much different variety of food in one buffet and the cooks keep it comin hot and fresh and on top of the cooks being on there games the waitress/waiter were as well always had a fresh drink when needed and never plates stacked up so high that I couldn't even see my significant other on the other side of the table like other places I give this place 10 stars all the way I wouldn't mind going back here in fact thinking of going again tonight and I also almost forgot to mention its all at a low price very affordable
I had a real bad experience on july 10/13 with the manager and one of the workers manager. needs to get fired along with the female worker service is very bad

My family has always had a great experience at this restaurant. The food is great, especially for the price, and the kids really enjoy the arcade room. We get our favorite pizza delivered right to our table, and I absolutely love their brownies!
My family eats there once a week, my past experience's were pretty good. They have new people at this location and tonight everything was awful, the food, the service and nobody cleared a table for over an hour. I have never eaten that much salt in pizza ever, desserts were fine however not up to par. Don't know if I will be back, take this as constructive critizism before you close your doors.
Loved this Cici's Pizza~ Pizza was delicious, they even made me a specialty pizza, upon my request!! Great variety of salad, pasta, pizza, and deserts on the buffet. Newly remodeled & very clean.. Small game room for the kids was a nice bonus!!! Thanks Cici's

Bad place to eat no pasta dryed sauce and very slow on putting pizza on display would not recommend eating there never agin.
they always have everything i want ready to go, including sausage i usually go around 12:30 for my lunch break and IF i want to wait its less than 5mins about 90% of the time.
Needed a special request for vegetarian pizza and the cook did not even flinch It was a very special order and even made a couple extra pieces for me Feels like family here
There is no sausage pizza hot and ready at 12:00pm so you have to wait 6 to 8 minuetes every time during your 30 min lunch with a 10 min drive to there and back
don't ask for a new piece of pizza to be made when they run out of one because they tell you you'll be receiving your order shortly and 45 minutes later they tell you it's In the oven...total bs. never received our order!
