You cannot call the local office. I drove three hours to get there and gave them my power of attorney and they never did anything with it soi have to drive there again. Very poor service and also unfriendly.

Call the Charter phone number and you are told they are not in business. I have suspected it for a long time, but, I guess this confirms my suspicions

They do not train their people to well! The operators will tell you one thing about your price, but when you get your bill it is a WHOLE different story! If you don't have to use charter DON'T!
