The apartment was filthy when I moved in, it took over two months to get my security deposit back and charged a $50 cleaning fee when I cleaned that place inside and out. The all bills paid is not good. You either have heat or a/c depending on the season. Last winter didn't get cold till January and they turned the heat on in OCTOBER. The whole complex had their windows open to keep cool. The plumbing is messed up, I came home one day to MUD in my sink. The apartments are so small to plus NO DISHWASHER! That became a pain and the laundry room is too pricey! I wouldn't reccomend anyone to live here.
