Review for: Caffe Nero in Chesterfield,

Haven

this is a fantastic haven in a busy town centre Coffee and Pastries to die for. the staff are brilliant always friendly, attentive and patient especially with the older customers, the only gripe I have is with the amount of push chairs that arrive laden with screaming kids some times you can't move for them. but this is Chesterfield!!!!

Review for: Caffe Nero in Amersham,

Best Coffee shop in Amersham

I must go to Cafe Nero in Amerham 2 or 3 times a week. The staff are so nice (I have never seen anyone in even close to a bad mood), the coffee is good (and I say that as a decaf drinker which can so often in coffee shops can be very poor) and the food is good too. I have no hesitation in saying it is the best coffee shop in Amersham. Enjoy. SMJ

Review for: Caffe Nero in Ballymena,

could do better

Love cafe Nero but found this one lacking in the usual cafe Nero standard of service. Younger lady trying her best but hampered by older lady who seemed to think her story was more important than queue of customers.

Review for: Caffe Nero in Colchester,

Excellent service

I regularly meet a friend in Caffe Nero at Williams and Griffin and it is our favourite place to go for tea/coffee or one of the delicious hot chocolate drinks or milkshakes. The staff are always efficient, friendly and willing to please. They make us feel welcome which is why we keep going back!

Review for: Caffe Nero in Sheffield,

Excellent Service

I visited the Sheffield Ecclesall Road branch of Caffenero on 6th August and was served by Carl. I have seldom such outstanding service in a coffee shop. He understood exactly what I wanted when I asked for filter coffee and made the coffee exactly to my requirements ie medium strength with enough hot milk. The milk was actually hot milk and not frothy milk which I am often offered. The Coffee was really good. I suggest you do provide coffee actually called filter coffee!

Review for: Caffe Nero in High Wycombe,

Appalling

Usually I'm very happy and prefer going to Cafe nerro but yesterday I went in and queued for longer than usual and the server a young guy completely ignored me. Instead he chose to serve two women behind me I tried to get his attention to no avail and then decided to go to Starbucks. I can't believe I got better service at Starbucks and am very disappointed at my treatment and will never use this place again.
