Review for: Bun King Bakery in Scarborough, ON
She has poor customer service
The baked goods and breads are great, but unfortunately the lady who operates as the cashier has no idea that a bakery is a customer service business. You actually have to be nice to customers so they WANT to buy your product and WANT to come back. This concept is lost on her. Very VERY poor attitude. It's too bad that she is going to lose them business.
