My experience with this dentist office has been nothing but fantastic. Its like going to visit a family member that is a dentist. They are concerned with your well being, they are not all about taking your money! I walk in, we talk about family and my job and going out to lunch at a later time! Heck i even got my invisalign done there! The office is clean and the staff are great!

This is also about the Beaverton Bright Now location. My wife went in and left with a recommendation for multiple extractions and a list of unnecessary work totally over $5k! She also said the dentist she found made "inappropriate " comments and creeped her out. Went to another dentist who treated and fixed the teeth that the Bright Now dentist was going to extract! They also said all the other expensive work was completely unnecessary. I don't know if this is SOP for Bright Now...but this location should be avoided.
I don't like going to the dentist, but I do like this Monarch Dental. They are helpful when scheduling appointments and answering all my questions. My son and I have been patients for over 3 years and we couldn't be more satisfied!

I love my dentist at Castle Dental. Dr. Chen and her staff is so very friendly and polite. I love the dentist and the staff here! I can make an appointment and able to get more work done without making another appointment. They always seem to work me in the same day for whatever it is that I need. I love the friendly relationship that I have come to love with Dr. Chen. She gives me a thorough explanation of everything that is going on and why the procedure needs to be done or needs to be done soon. I look forward to going to the dentist now due to Dr. Chen and her wonderful staff! Keep up the great work!!
When we went in on4/5/2013 to het my husbands tooth fixed we were stressed over money cause dental work is expensive. The staff were very understanding and sympathetic. I must say this dental office is the nicest from the receptionist to the dentist we were treated like we were number one priority on there list. You gave my husband his smile back but also put a smile on my face as well. I will never go anywhere else ever again. Thankyou BrightNow yall are the best!
If you have sensitive teeth, try Mi Paste,sold here. My teeth were so sensitive, and after the Orthodontics team recommended it I tried it. It helped so much!
Dr. Sandhya is an excellent doctor, experienced did a nice job on me teeth and treats patients nicely, her assistant Victor knows what he has to do and is friendly. Staff at front desk are welcoming and good.
