Wouldnt tell me the price of a pack of smokes over the phone didnt even bother walking in walked farther down the road where I know it is cheaper.

Since when can a gas station not take change? I thought the whole point of a business was to make money, not deny it. That is so pathetic and if I would have known the name of the girl who told me she couldn't take my change, I would have told the manager, but when I tried to call and ask to speak to her manager she kept hanging up on me. So I wish this business well with all the rudeness.

Went to get gas here for the very first time and on my way there my car was fine, no chugging then after I filled my tank it started chugging so bad. Needless to say I won't be buying gas from any Bp gas station again.

I am a concerned shopper. I go to your gas station every single day but one day I was so shocked to see one of the employees come outside to her Chrysler and take something out and go over to another car(Chrysler 300) take a bag of marijuana out of her pocket and exchange the man in the other Chrysler for money! The whole time I enjoyed visiting the gas station, but after this I have since found a new station to shop at!!!!

Every timevi come to the store which is usually around 5 am to 8 am i am always greated with friendly smiles. Its a great way to start my work day. Thank you

The employees there are Very friendly and helpful. They take the time to learn customers names and preferred products. That's just old fashion service with a smile and a rare commodity nowadays.

Rip off by clerk they say they would look a video footage. When the Footage show the proof the manger refuse take care of the problem.

Like the store but it would be great to know the hours!

me and my wife stopped in motley mn BP on our way back from bemidji mn after dealing with a family crisis to get a soda and use a restroom the mens room i used had no hand towels so chose not to wash my hands an face wiping them on my pants when i came to the front counter i seen a hand wash station behind the counter i asked if i could please use it the older lady at the counter said yes when i told her about the mens room she instantly snaped at me that i did not know how to work the auto dispencer i stated the facts and she kept rolling her eyes and raising her voice i talked back to her in a stern voice and walked out, outside i encountered a guy who seen what took place and he threw his arms to the side and said i have never seen anything like that what is wrong with her i replied who knows i think she should think about finding a job were she can be away from the rest of us i know i would be better off i know about having a bad day but i keep it under control and act my age

Regardless of the 6 signs stating they sell propane, the assistant manager refused to sell me propane because she was busy. I offered to wait for her to help EVERYONE else in the store but she still refused.

Employee that works over night is VERY rude and unprofessional!! It's the reason I no longer shop at this location because it's not only me ive watched her act this way to many customers!

Rarely do i get a printed receipt b/c the staff does not refill the tape. Today I did not get a receipt and the paper towel dispenser was empty. How difficult is this job?

This business need to close, the city needs to do something.

I stop here 2-3 times a week. The store is always very clean. The staff are very nice and always helpful.

This comment is about the BP station on 34th and Biscayne Blvd in Miami. I live around the corner so I am there often. The day clerks are OK, but only OK in their customer service. But they are great in comparison to the night crew. They are just about openly rude. Never a good evening, or even a thank you after a purchase. I have been in customer service all my life, and a customer as well, and I have never come across an entire crew that doesn't know how to give decent service. Acknowledge the customer, and say thank you or have a nice evening at the least. This location needs new management as they obviously do not train their staff in the basics.

worst gas station I have ever been to. They will rip you off take your money and offer no refunds. Do not ever use this gas station.

The clerks that work here are friendly and courteous, Except one of them has a bad hygiene issue, I rather be in a room with a skunk than a guy whose name starts with a M. please try and have him wash his pants once in awhile, and use something like soap and deodorant. thanks

Everytime I go there the people are crabby, and so rude. The service sucks.

I've reached my limit for this town and it's constant bombardment of cigarette smoke in your face. This gas station is no exception. Friendly employees stand in the open doorway (rather close to the propane tanks) smoking. If you want to enter you must walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke. If you want to hurt your own lungs I believe that is your right but when it comes to mine and my child's I consider it to be an assault. To make matters even less convenient you can not pay with a debit card at the pump, so of you like to spend within your means and stay cancer free, this is not the has station for you. It's also a cramped little lot on a difficult corner.

Visited with BP on Derenne Ave in Savannah and what a horrible attitude the cashier had and this is not the first time! I was the only car out of two that was there for gas. I was not able to obtain my receipt from the pump, which is typical for this store, so I had to go inside. I did not know the pump # I was at, but told the cashier I was the only car, out there getting gas. He refused to give me a receipt until I went out to see what pump I was on - he knew which one but refused to help me! So I had to go back out in the rain (because the covered area does not completely keep you covered) just to get my pump #. He treated me awful. I guess where he comes from women are treated this way. Well, you are in America and everyone is equal.

don't stop here if you want fast service,,most of the time the employes are talking to their friends about personal lives and gabbing while checking out customers,,the female employes are always friendly to their friends that hog up the counter during working hours and don't expect them to do anything like reset a gas pump or even mark it broken so no one will use it since they gabb so much

My husband was in your gas station a couple of week ago and the person working behind the counter named Sarah asked my husband if he "wants to get laid" right in front of my 12 year old nephew. We were staying at the days inn right next door where I told the manager about this and he informed me that Sarah was a regular at the hotel in different rooms with different guys. Very inappropriate and disgusting. Definately not a good example for your company!!!! I believe this was the St. Peters, MO location off Salt Lick Rd.

If you want to get harassed by homeless people then this is the place. I tried complaining to the manager about a pushy panhandler and was told the panhandler worked there.

Its a family owned business. And they have really good customer service. They talk to you like long lost friends...lol and during the morning hours they hv soul food. The chicken is amazing hot.

This gas station is stealing gas from consumers. I visited the store on my way to work. I paid for 5.00 in gas, when dash light didnt go off in my car I went to speak with the clerk. He said something was wrong with my car. So I paid another 2.00, this time I noticed that the pump was already reading 1.00 by the time the gas began to flow from the pump.

This Indian owner treats black customers rude and charge us high prices. He takes the advantage of people in that area. I would not buy anything from his business anymore. I dropped my car off for an estimate at his shop and observed how he treats women customer. I had to wait for over 4 hours and he never started on my car so I left and took my car to another mechanic.BEWARE!!!

I attempted to use a Kmart issued coupon for 30 cents off per gallon. Owner said he did not have system to accept it, but the POS reward system is in place. Bad service!

I have found charges placed against my bank debit card that I did not authorize. I now have a complaint with B.P. and am trying to get in contact with sanfran food mart, the host company about same. Multiple charges for the same day and merchandise.

I came by to use my Kmart reward and the lady I spoke with at their # said punch in code and pay inside and you will get your discount. I did and paid the guy $56 for gas and pumped and I didn't get my discount! Asked attendant why and he said it canceled my transaction when I came inside. Asked what I could do and he said nothing you can use it next time! Really you want me to come back! It expires today! I don't think I EVER want to come back. I called 877-349-0420 and was told to contact you! Your number I found on the internet wasn't BP! Seriously not happy!

CAUTION!!!!! The fountain pop dispenser is and has been contaminated for the longest. One day I bought a fountain pop and when I took a sip I noticed a foul sewage taste and odor coming from my pop, I said something to the gas attendant and her response was," Wow! I'm surprised you noticed, most people don't..and then she further explained that they have been having problems with the machines for months and have tried cleaning them but nothing helps, they don't know what's the problem but the managers encourage the employees to stay quiet..With the foul sewage taste and smell who knows what they are exposing people to!?! But I'm not keeping quiet I'm passing the buck!!! Slime balls!!

ive tried to call to the store it always makes this weird online sound/ tone on the other end. The gas clerk was rude when bagging my purches he made me feel uncomfertable while in the store.and from the moment i walked in i was being watched like i was going to rob the place. just an all around bad trip, i dont think ill be stopping in there anytime soon again.

I filled up there gas gauge was still on e. Clerk assured me that my gauge must be wrong and i ran out of gas within twenty miles. Went back and they told me nothing they can do. Unacceptable!!!!

BP dirties the Gulf, then steels $9.00 bucks from me.

Their HOST Brand coffee is advertised as "Buy 5 cups, get the 6th cup free" BUT if you buy 2 or more cups on one ticket they will only punch your card ONCE! I just bought two (2) cups and the guy behind the counter told me he can only punch the card one time per purchase......SO now I have to buy ten (10) cups to get a free cup.......RIGHT!!!!!!!

Best gas station in town the young guy Sean is the most friendly and helpful Person that works there. They have cold drinks and a nice selection of snacks.

This place will do a diagnostic test, but won't check the oil. When you have to get a new motor because of this, they will deny any responsibility for not checking the oil. Don't expect a refund, or any apology. They are not respectful and will treat you very rudely if you contact them about problems. i will not be taking mine or any other vehicles to this location, and I will warn against using this location to anybody I know.

This gas station has good prices but employees are always moody and they also smoke right by the building/entrance which is a few feet away from gas pumps. They seem to always be outside on a cigarrete break, thankfully no one has caught fire from their smoking so much.

It seems like every time I come in here, I have to wait. And that is when they have 3 cashiers and no one else is in line. They don't give receipts either.

Crooks, pulled up asked for 20$ regular. Attendant walks away supposedly puts the pump on, then comes back a minute later and I pay. Turn on the car and I'm still on E. I tell the attendant and he gets defensive saying I pumped your gas, I'll get your receipt. He walks away and prints out a bogus receipt.. I turn off the car and back on just to make sure the meter isn't faulty and finally just left. I could have stayed and complained but getting to work on time is more important that arguing with those neanderthals. Of course once I get to Manhattan directly from the station my fuel light is on. Never again will I bring my vehicles there. Good job loosing myself, my family and all of my friends as customers.

Well this bp has som floaws but i see tjat they have stepoed there game up and now its a great store clean and well with people

BP on West Grand is discontinuing its car wash promotions. They first put out the notice on April 1. As of April 30, they will no longer honor the punch cards they have been handing out over the last few years. My girlfriend and I have SEVERAL! And they had the car wash closed until last week! There's no way I can use these in the next week! This has the makings of a class action lawsuit...

I was troubled to see the sales clerk letting her regular customers have free items & her pocketing money as she rang people up. She also wasn't giving people their receipt. So many violations I would expect that from a young person, but she look 50+. I won't visit that location anymore

This gas station is one of the cleanest I've ever been too. The staff is amazing, always greeting and asking if I need help. I love stopping here, there is a great vibe. I start each day with their coffee, greattttt coffee, which by the way they give free when you fill up. Highly recommended.

I always go out of my way to stop here if I get the chance. The staff is great, always greeting me when I come in, and they're happy to help. It's clean, and they have everything I need usually. Finally a place to go where I feel like my money and I are appreciated. Speedway is right across the street, and I never go in there. You can walk in and out and they wont acknowledge you. I highly recommend stopping at the BP if your in the area. Car wash is great too, they give them away sometimes.

they do not accept change unless it is rolled of more than $2.00. You can not even buy a soda using change! I stopped to get gas as my tank was empty and they would not let me put in $7.00 worth of quarters and I had 2 kids in the car trying to get to school! Horrible customer service!

Fails to respect customers and teh environment

Dishonest gas station. I prepaid US$ 50 and there was no gas on the pump. I asked the manager and he accused me, lying that I had already put the gas on the car. I was in such a hurry that I did not have time to call the police. I never got my money back. Avoid this gas station!

This gas station is riping people off by not selling a full galon of gas . Do not buy gas there they also do not send in the tax they collect.

On February 27th I stopped at the Mancelona BP on State st. In mancelona MI. Tried to pump gas. Wasn't working. Went in to get assistance 3 different times. On the 3rd attempt to get assistant from the attendant. He rudely publicly humilated me by raiseing his voice and saying " why don't you just leave". It was unprofessional and out of line. I was just tryin' to get some gas man.

Attempted to get service here twice. The first time, they were extremely slow. The second they had me waiting for over 40 minutes after initially telling me that they would service my car in 10. They then told me to come back another day. Don't let this happen to you.

Worst customer service ever when I called to ask if maybe I had dropped by Id they acted as if they didn't speak English and as if was of no intelligence. I would voluntarily spend time holding a sign to boycott this specific location of business.

Pretty good store right up until the point where you use your card at the pump. I know that most accounts are put on hold by BP, but can anyone explain to me why it has taken almost a week; why did they have to freeze a 4 figure account for 50 dollars?

The gas attendants don't listen...you can ask them to "not top it off" two or three times and they do it anyway. They spill gas all over the side of your car. It is convenient but I have to go someplace else...

It sucks because I live very close to this bp.. today I bought premium for my dirt bike got home and rode 500 ft down the road and the bike stoped working. This happend a week ago with my four wheeler to. I heard that someone witha Lexus gassed up amd there car wouldnt start. So I dont know if its just the premium or all the gas but there is defanently water in the premium fuel. I will go to handymart from now on for all my gas.

I live in Beavercreek. This store in only 5 mins away from home. This store has the largest craft beer selection I ever seen in gas station. I recommend all beer lover to go to this place and check it out.

I would just like to thank the two gentalman workers that helped me today..I ran outta gas in parking lot n they went above n beyond to push me to gas pump I didn't caught their names but thank you guys!!!!

If i could give ZERO stars, I would. This station does not have a working phone first off. I deal with this store on a constant basis and can never reach them FOR DAYS AT A TIME!!! Unacceptable if you want to be a real business. Shape up and learn how to run a business.

Great staff and the cleanest bathroom in the area. they have all you need and even hookahs and hookah supplies and pipes.

This gas station has lowest fuel prices. Huge convenience store inside, has an ATM, MD Lottery (huge variety of scratch offs). And best of all, a very friendly staff.

And you can get McDonalds food while you're there.

I love this place my son lost his phone trick or treating the other night some nice person found it and allowed him to come pick it up God is good there are great people in this world
