The bathroom inside the colerain Ave big lots were horrible no tissue dirty wet pampers. Laying on the floor no locks used sanitary pads on the floor just horrible . Giving it a one star is too much

I really enjoy coming to this Big Lots. The store is always clean and organized, and there is a large variety of what they offer: household needs, body care, school supplies, toys, electronics, outdoor equipment.. The staff is friendly, knowlegable, and quick to help with whatever they can. I'm not big on thier furniture selection, but other than that everything in this store is great. I will definitely continue business with them.

Great prices! It is a hit and miss kinda store but they do get some really great stuff in.

Has always been a great place to shop for deals. The store is always clean, despite the warehouse fictures and flooring, etc...To my surprise, the interior has been rearranged and shelving updated. It looks nice, but the rows are so close together now! Two carts cannot pass each other, so shopping is more difficult. Hopefully, they will space the rows out in the near future, or I will only be running in for a few things instead of spending any time there!

I can get most of my automotive needs, batteries some clothing patio furniture and much much more, a great place to save money

most items are overpriced. i bought an item that i changed my mind about having. without a receipt they refused to exchange it for a product of an equal value. not good customer service at all.

They always have been helpful when picking up furniture or big items. And the cashiers are nice to my kids, even when my kids are crying. The store is clean. Some of the aisles are little narrow if you have kids, but otherwise good.

I was so excited about the Big Lots in Sanford re-opening - until I went into the Big Lots Sanford. You will find none of the staple of the other Big Lots at this store - you WILL find the same merchandise sold at $ Stores for more money. It's like Big Lots Corp decided this store should be the garbage disposal for all the other Big Lots - if it doesn't sell there or is junk,. send it to the Sanford Big Lots.

don't call the store before 9 a.m. I thought they opened at 8 a.m. staff was very inconsiderate when asked a question about one of their products

I'm a long-time Big Lots shopper and this is by far the best of the "Lots". First, it is "Big" with "Lots" of good stuff. Second it is very clean and well managed. The staff is helpful and friendly. I love to browse and seem to always find a few things I can use. Their furniture selection is unbelievable. Try it! I'm sure you will like it too!

Tha managers and staff are so nice and helpful. Got a super good deal on furniture there was a sale where everything was 20% off saved us a lot. Great store fun to shop. No other store like it.

Gee. I go to Big Lots in Rome and check out is fast and efficient. Used to go to North Utica store but cashier spends so much time chatting to customers so wait time at checkout is slow. Tried one last time to go and get out but same cashier so slow every time.
