I have had an account with Bank of the west fro over 14 years and they are a great bank. The really care about their customers. They are very friendly and personable. I never have to wait in line like the other banks. The staff really knows its stuff.

The problem I have is the situation with the ATM machine it is always down for some reason or another it gets really annoying especially when I'm in a hurry it's supposed to be convenient to use the ATM not to mention its time consuming when i have to travel to other banks and have to pay fees their fees it never fails the only way to fix this problem i been having for so long is just to close my account soon...

The Saratoga Symphony does their banking at this branch. They are always very helpful and will even allow us to drop off flyers about upcoming concerts. The staff seems knowledgeable and customer service oriented!
