I4 battery replacement

I call the store to get a price to replace the battery. The rep refused to give me a price. I would have to drive 100 miles for the privilege. So much for customer service.

Review for: Apple Stores in Tampa, FL

Staffing issues

27 employees working with just 3 behind the counter helping with product issues. With 10 customers in the store, it would make sense to have more help behind the counter. Appears that there's more of a focus on selling than helping those who have already bought.

Review for: Apple Stores in Littleton, CO

Disappointed the store was being remodeled

I went to the Apple Store at Aspen grove to buy an IPAD and the store was being remodeled. I checked the website for the Aspen Grove location and it showed it as still being open, no notes about it being closed. Was very disappointed. You would think a computer store would have updated their website information

Review for: Apple Stores in Broomfield, CO

Horrible

This store acted like my problem with my iPhone 4 was all in my head during my Genius Bar appointment and Apple Care was more helpful. Another store was much more useful in the end.

Review for: Apple Stores in Walnut Creek, CA

Great Services

My experience today at the apple store in Walnut Creek was totally satisfying. The greeter, Michael, quickly solved my iPad problem....easy for him, really frustrating for me. Michael could have been condencending to this 74-year old, "old fogy" customer, but instead he fully explained my problem and how to fix it should it appear again. I will certainly return to this store for new purchases and/or service. Thanks Michael!

Great Experience with Mission Viejo Apple Agent

One of the Apple consultants, Isaac Gonzalez, was a terrific help to me several weeks ago when I went to the Apple Store. He was patient and really laid out information in an organized manner!

Review for: Apple Stores in Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Worst Customer Service EVER!!!

Stay away from this Apple Store. I have been there a number of time and the customer service has been awful every single time!!! I normally do not write reviews, but after the service I received today, I will never go back to this Apple location. The entire staff must have worked at a McDonalds prior to being hired. They have zero tech knowledge and seem annoyed when you ask for help. I could go on & on, but the bottom line is... Stay away! This store is 5 minutes from my house, but I will happily drive to Brea to never have to deal with these morons again.

Review for: Apple Stores in The Woodlands, TX

Horrible customer service AVOID THIS STORE!

I was there to get help with. My iphone 5 on November 27, the greeter told me they werent doing repairs that day, I asked someone else and they said they were helping ppl w their phones. There was just a wait. I said Id like to wait since my calls were dropping and other bad issues. I waited 20 mins which wasnt bad compared to what others waited. Finally Maria helped me. She was rude amd could careless bout my issues. She switched my phone for a new one, said you can go home amd connect it. In my experience with Apple (Dallas) they did everything to get the phone up and running and made sure it was activated before I left the store, she handed me a macbook (which I have no idea how to use) and told me to log into sprint and do it myself. I said isnt this what you get paid for? I was so angry and frustrated! After about 45 mins of no success, she said "Ill call Sprint" with an annoyed look on her face. I said I can log on if you want to do the rest, if looks could have killed, she was so mad I asked her to do her job. She didnt want to wait on hold so she asked me to enter the SIM number once again I had her read off number by number, and still got the error. She then realized I had no idea of what I was doing and took the macbook amd tried it 5 times herself. Then after about an hour she decided to ask someone who knew what she was doing, they switch my SIM and and it worked. Then she said "I was suppose to be gone 45 mins ago", I said well maybe next time youll help people when Your asked since it is what Apple pays you for. If I would have listened and took my phone home and done it on my own, I wouldnt have had a phone! In the Dallas stores, they ask you to log in and they do the rest. Tonight we had to take my husbands phone in, and the lady who helped us actually did her job. I just cant believe she was annoyed at helping me! I understand people just want to go home when their shift is over, but if she would have done the right thing from the get go, she could have left on time! I honestly was shocked st the rudeness and the refusal to help, I just don't get why people work at a job they hate and refuse to help. Imagine if I would have left like she said, I would have been out of a phone that I pay insurance on. Please avoid this store at all costs, ever since I walked in the door, they were rude and didnt want to help. Its very disappointing, since Apple normally has womderful customer service. Maria should not be working there, or the store should go through training on customer service issues. Theres so much more thay happenedbut you get the gist. I wouldnt have even given it one star but I had to or it would post. PLEASE AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS! GO TO A OTHER ONE!
