I love American Nails! I love the staff, the prices and the hours. If you come in 15 min before they're suppose to close they will still take you. Theyre very friendly and always have great customer service.
Completly screwed my nails and added things I didn't want! Never going back!
Angry employees ...poor job on manicures and pedicures.....actually "forgot" about us and we paid for a job that we could have done better ourselves.....we will never go back again!
They are the friendy, and very polite an appreciate the business and even go to check on patrons to see if they are ok! Do not know any other business that does this in Waterloo,Il.!!! Some people think they are tooooo important and they are not!!!
