Outstanding customer service
This was our 2nd stop looking for a new mattress. Our 1st stop was Ashley furniture, needless to say we didn't make a purchase at Ashley. However we were greeted as soon as we walked in the door by Lauren and Kyle. They showed us the top of the line all the way down to the bottom of the line. Both were extremely helpful, during our shopping experience. It was my first time in the store and will not be my last. The customer service was second to none and the delivery was on time. The mattress delivered was not correct and within a few hours they had the right mattress set up. From Lauren and Kyle in the sales room to the delivery folks all were respectful and prompt.
