Horrible management
So disappointed in this store. Their "exchange" policy does not exist. Tried to exchange a brand new item with tags and receipt in hand less than a week after purchasing and the manager laughed at me! So rude. To make matters worse they have a horrible horrible customer relations manager that did nothing to resolve the problem except say "sorry". Never shopping here again.
