Bought a xbox 360 controller used and start button does not work.This is the 6th time I bought somthing used and did not work. Yall neeed a xbox and a tv to test there before you buy them from customers. Just because they press good doesn't mean they work.
I was sold a broken wii and I was told by staff that they could not do anything to help me very upset they just lost a costumer and I will make sure this gets around please do not go to the York GameStop
My son and I went in to this GS on Sunday 11/25/12. My son is 13 and had several questions. The young lady working there (may have been a manager) was extremely kind and helpful. She was very attentive. She answered all of his questions and even helped me with a product I was looking at for a younger member of our family. The Game Stop at the West Manchester Mall has a manager who acts like he couldn't be bothered. We were in that store a day later and when we referenced that we had been at the Market Street Game Stop the evening before he had condesending remarks about that store which I thought was inappropriate to say in front of my three children. I wanted the Market St. store to get a good review because they were very helpful but mostly because they were so respectful to my son and did not make him feel like a bother. They will get all of our business from now on!
