Customer service
Customer service at this store absolutely sucks! The store is small and the staff is rude and doesn't help. I can't believe GameStop would close a store nearby that had excellent customer service and keep one open that obviously doesn't know how to work with the public. Horrible staff. Horrible service. The store is dirty and unorganized and you expect to keep my business? GameStop I can do better service elsewhere. You have now officially lost my business.
