Bad customer service
I went in with my dad to ask a few questions about our att uverse and the guy who helped us was actually being very rude with the way he was answering our questions and seemed very impatciant. I understand they have other customers to help out but this guy was not friendly nor seemed he wanted to be working, he just was not attentive, it felt like he was just brushing us off. They should hire associates who are friendly, treat you with respect, who are polite and actually wanting to help you out with whatever questions you have and not jerks who look at you like your stupid. I did not even get his name nor did he tell us his name.
