Not Happy

I agree with the other review. Service is very slow. Also, they try to sell you a bunch of junk when you come in -- speakers, phone case, protector, additional insurance, a kindle, etc. They failed to inform me that at&t charges a $36 "upgrade" fee when you get a new phone. Nonsense, just another way to take more of your money! I find them extremely frustrating and I need to find a new cell phone providers!

POOR AND SLOW SERVICE

This store has a very slow system of service. The management of this store is poor. They let the people wait too long. Salesmen take too much time socializing with customers.
