Terrible service
I went to m'ville store a month ago to purchase a modem & was told they don't sell them by an employee there. 30 days .later and a new modem Frm a non AT&Tt store, tech support tells me I need an AT&T modem sell them in merrilville. Really? Why did the AT&T t employee tell me they don't carry modems? Now I'm trying to call there so I don't waste another trip to make sure they have modems & I cannot get a live person on the phone, just a recording that says everyone is busy.
