horrible

Waited 2 hours to get help, then once i got help and got home the guy at the store made a mistake and charged the account $524.77

Great employee's! Great store manager and great store!!

Store manager was excellent in answering my questions. He was very professional, friendly and concise. The store manager represented and upheld the wonderful reputation of AT&T. He is a wonderful example and model of AT&T as a whole! The staff was professional, they looked great and they were very knowledgeable of the products.
