Simply put, the manager is obviously not supportive of customer request to make experience better. All I wanted was the SAP removed from the TV so we could better view the Superbowl. He would not even make effort and was actually kinda indifferent/rude. Nobody else was even watching game so why not make the effort? Lazy, indifferent or maybe he just didn't like football?
