I visited this location at about 6pm on 9/4, as I often do. The young lady was rude and argumentative when I expressed my dissatisfaction about changes in the rewards program. She accused me of "yelling" at her and responded to my opinion regarding the changes by stating "she was not responsible for the changes and she could not do about it". I clearly understand she could not rectify the issue immediately, but perhaps take my feedback to management. My intent was not to an strike up an argument with the employee. As I quickly realized this young employee clearly did not have the skill to take customer feedback as valuable information for management. I completed the transaction and turned to leave and she continued to voice her opinion and rudeness as I departed.
