On the morning of Sept. 5th, 2014, I ordered an Egg White Delight and a medium coffee. My wait was between 15 and 25 minutes, however, the lobby was not so busy to cause such a delay. Finally, my sandwich was ready, but was told the coffee was not ready and there would be an additional 3 minutes to wait. I asked if my sandwich could be made when the coffee was ready so it wouldn't be cold.3 munites turned into almost 10. I left with my order and when I opened and bit into my sandwich, it was not only cold, but stale. I attempted to call the phone number on the receipt only to find it didn't work...very dissapointed.
