Monday evening, 7;30. Line of twenty when arrived. Waited just over 20 minutes. Six employees on duty no traffic in drive up. Tried to contact manager, but no one would speak yo us. We were normal 70yo tourists, still fourth in line when we left and at least three parties who had ordered had not been served. We remember four groups that walked out.
