Was in your 11th St location in Rock Island Ill last week and was horrified to see a server with bug bites all over her arms and a tiny bug crawling from her shirt on to her neck. I didn't know what this bug was so I serched it on the internet and found what I believe is a bedbug that I saw.The name on her id was Lisa. Myself or any of my family will never return to your McDonalds
