I am very disgusted with the service at the KFC in Seneca S. C.Paid 23 plus dollars for 3 hot bars. Asked 5 times for chicken and desserts to be put on the bar. Folks walking out the door because of the line. This is not a one time thing. Every time we go in there we get awful service. Once we requested our money back. the management needs to be replaced before they ruin the business. We were in there this afternoon around 3:50.I think the managers name is Dotty. The employes act like they don't have any respect for her at all.Please do something about this. If I were the owner I surely would want to know that my employes were running my business into the ground.
