Recently I had a craving for KFC, so I call my local store to find out the hours, I was put on hold for 4 minutes, and got tired of waiting. Tried to call back, and the phone was off the hook. According to the website it is open until 10 p.m. I called another local store, and found out that they close at 9 o'clock.... what kind of food chain closes at 9 o'clock I think that the customer service needs to be a lot better. The person answering the phone does not know who was calling, I could have been a manager from another store I could've been a secret shopper or anyone. I could have been the big boss, but to be put on hold for that long and not paid any attention to is ridiculous!!! Bad business!!
