For years I have ate at may IHOP's here and around the USA, and as always,I was very pleased with service and menu selection. Food ordered was prepared to perfection! I wish I could say the same thing about the IHOP here in Dubuque Iowa. Service is simply poor, and always has been for as long as I can mention, waiting 25min or so for a simple hamburger plus the 5 min it sat on the counter waiting to reach it's destination, only to send it back because the bun itself was soggy! watching sit on the counter again! Fries always appear to be the bottom of the bag lukewarm mind you. Lettuce on sandwiches appeared to be scraped material, and as always other customers waiting, and waiting, and waiting for the order's as well. I have seen waitresses cash someone out (take money) and go right to passing out food! ( I wonder if their employees wash their hand after going to the bathroom. Paying your bill is another adventure that is another wait!
