We were visiting family member in Schenectady and took them to Ihop on State Street. Worst experience ever. The A/C was on so high it felt like a meat freezer. The one and only waitress tried giving us food that wasn't ours and we sat there for 40 minutes before canceling our order cause it wasn't even done yet. I love Ihop in Dewitt, NY cause they are great there. Maybe they should teach the ones on State Street how to run their place right. We will never go there again.
