This IHOP is the most ghetto and low class ihop I ever visited . I'm from L'A and my experience here was very disturbing the lady that runs the register at night is very rude and loud and doesn't have any decency . I waited 15-20 mins just to pay for my food only to find out she was outside smoking a cigarette because my daughter went out to the truck to go sit and wait for me because me and my husband were waiting so long.
