I went in there before work to order a hot, black coffee. I asked them for a Black Hazelnut Hot Coffee. They gave me iced coffee. When I had told them I asked for hot, they took my cup, dumped out the ice, and gave it back to me. I asked them for a new one, for the cup was only half full with black coffee, and it was in a cold cup. They didn't even look at me and
