Awful. The donuts (when the have them- which , "You are dunkin DONUTS how can you not have donuts?) are stale. The service, beyond awful. They rush you through drive thru before you are finished ordering. The other day they added a $12 charge to my bill for no reason. I realized when I got home. When I called to say they charged me wrong, they said they couldn't refund me? What? Then he (couldn't catch/understand his name) asked me to call back. When I did, he sat me on hold for 8 minutes and then hung up on me. Typical but it really shouldn't be.
