First let me state that in my entire life I have never met a worse brand. Second, I have also never met a company with as terrible costumer service as they have. This outlet/company is very very disappointing, The service was rude the corporate was rude and worse of all they were willing to lose several customers for life over $50.00 WOW!! Is that what it means to stand behind your product?, Well congratulations Naturalizer I think you are the worse company ever founded keep up the not so good work and you will be out of business in no time!
