I took three grand children to the Kingsport, tn. store to have pictures taken as a surprise Christmas gift to the parents. Was not impressed with the staff the day of the sitting. But I was there with the children and decided to stay. Since when do you prop a 3 month old baby up and sit a one year old and a three old in front to hold the baby in place. Hence, the baby is hidden in the background. When I got the pictures back, the picture is blurry. Plus, I didn't get all the pictures that I paid for. Please, don't rely on Kingsport's Olan Mills for quality pictures nor service.
