A boycott has begun for your location until the ice is shoveled . And maybe your rude manager could use a customer service refresher course. When asked about shoveling she just told me to leave because it is a place of business. Really?? I hadn t noticed. I for one don t appreciate having to walk into a busy intersection because the entire property is covered in ice.
