Every other phone I've gotten from this store has been defective. The replacement process is a nightmare and they will try to dupe you into buying another phone while the other one comes in the mail. When it does, they will tell you that "Sprint will refund your money", then nothing happens and now you've bought 2 phones. I've gone to the highest corporate customer service levels with this place. AVOID IT.
