I do not understand how I see my package was out for delivery at 7:50am online. (did 2day shipping) and I did not receive it today. In the span of 7:50-5:00 pm(9 hour span) they failed to deliver it. If they cant deliver it then why in the world would you scan and say "out for delivery"???? Called the 1800 number and no one is LIVE so they said good bye. Local post office won't pick up the phone. How in the world is this government run? Are there no regulations? Do they not care? If they can't provide the correct service, turn it over to private run companies. This is ridiculous.
