Honest, competent and fair. If they believe they can fix it, they'll tell you. If not, they will tell you. If they fix it, they do it right. The time required to fix it is always reasonable. The cost of repairs is ALWAYS fair. If they can't fix it or if they don't sell an item, they'll offer a suggestion as to where you might go.
