From the moment I wanted to place my order (the system bounced a problem again and again) to the moment I spoke with the "supervisor", who told me that I should have followed up and called Carter's. Staff is NOT even consistant at lying. They charged my C/C even though I told them that I needed the package by a certain date. They highlight their messages but cannot READ instructions from the customer. Etc, etc, etc.....
