Poor Customer Service. "ummm" is not a proper reply to any question or problem. Do not purchase chickens from this store. I paid for pullets and now have 2 5 month old Black Jersey Giant roosters. Both people I spoke to took my name and number and promised me a call back. Neither one called me back when they said they would. I still have 2 extra roosters causing problems in my coop. The employees of this store do not care about satisfying their customers. I will never shop at this store again.
