I bought a jet-pack,I asked if i could get it with my 2gig per month deal,They said yes.I reserved a 150.00 bill from Verizon.I called to ask why my bill was high,and they told me you can't get it with 2gigs.I has to be a 5gig.So i cancelled the contract before my 30 days. I brought the jet-pack back to the superior store and of course they are very nice,just don't expect a refund from them. I paid Verizon the fees they charged for the service that i never used, and expected a refund from the jet pack return.I have never seen the refund to this day.This all took place in march of 2013.It's now July 2013.This Verizon mistake cost me 280.00.They couldn't even bend for the 150.00. This is a greedy tricky company. Avoid like the plague.
