Crappy product and the salesman was only out to make a buck on a new product. Should've known when he had already started getting a SIM card ready for a product I was LOOKING AT. taking this piece of crap product back tomorrow and talking to a manager/supervisor. Out to give our customers the best...? Yeah, don't believe that.
