What is with Verizon and esp this store. They DO NOT want the senior customer. I use my phone for calls and text. Got no where when I went to this store for a new phone. Can you say the word "UPSELL". After I posted my disappointment on FB I had eleven respones from friends who said that they has had the same terrible experiences with this store. As seniors we pay our bills use the service and just want a little customer service once every couple years. I am ready to change carriers due to the terrible attitude of the employees of this store.
