I am eligible for an upgrade on the 6th of December. I went in because I'm trying to decide in advance if the Note 2 is too big for me to use. Of course it has this big security device on the back. I really need to hold this phone to make my decision. The sales lady came out and asked did I need some help. I told her about my upgrade coming up, probably a big mistake since they are on commision, and she knew she wasn't making a sale that night. I asked is there anyway I can hold the Note 2 without the thing on the back.

Now I understand if it's just not possible to take that off and if you don't have any in stock. But I expect some sort of explanation, maybe an I'm sorry, maybe let me know when you are getting some in so I can come look. But when I asked, the lady just simply said no. Nothing else, no explanation of why. I'm left to try and reason out why I want to cause she made me feel foolish for asking with the way she said it.

I won't buy from this store. Go above and beyond or go home, I can get my phone elsewhere.
