Loved the whole experience buying new phones for family(3). Yes, they are a busy store but manager n associates never rushed us n explained everything with plans. Switched from another provider which wasATTerrible. Customer service impossible.. Verizon "1 rated for a reason... They totally went the extra mile for me, same price but far better service and dialog
