I just asked if I could speak to who ever doctor was in at the moment and she said with a tone "no, you can't they don't have a phone" then I asked if there was anyway I could talk to them or they could check my files since I came in literally last month and she cut me off and said, again with a tone, "no we can't we are rite aid not Sutter so none of your questions can be answered". She really could've gone about this in some different ways. Like suggesting I just walk in for example?
