My 17 year old daughter just returned from the Holt Road Supercuts after spending $120 on an advertised $65 highlight. She was taken advantage of and the cost was not explained to her. Never mind that the hight lights are not evenly distributed in her hair and it looks terrible. Her hair will have to be re-done. Not honest fee structure and not honest work. Wowzer on the store manager's response. We will not return and make sure we let others know of our experience.
